Prices are displayed in INR for customers in India and USD for international customers. Currency is automatically detected based on your location, so you always see the most relevant pricing.
A seat represents one active user in your organization. When subscribing to a paid plan, you choose the number of seats you need. Each seat allows one team member to access the platform with full permissions.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, your new plan takes effect immediately and replaces your previous plan. Any unused time on the old plan is pro-rated toward the new one.
With annual billing, you pay once per year for all seats at a discounted rate of approximately 15% off the monthly price. The payment is billed as a lump sum at the start of the billing cycle.
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UPI (India), and Net Banking (India). International cards are fully supported. For Enterprise customers, we can also arrange invoicing and wire transfers.
Invoices are automatically generated for every payment. You can download them at any time from Settings → Billing within the NirmIQ application.
Yes. For customers in India, 18% GST is included in the displayed price. International payments are zero-rated for GST purposes.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your organization reverts to the Free plan.
Your data is retained and remains accessible on the Free plan (up to 1 project and 25 requirements). You can export all your data in multiple formats (JSON, Excel, ReqIF) at any time before or after cancellation.
NirmIQ supports the AIAG-VDA FMEA methodology (7-Step process), including DFMEA (Design FMEA), PFMEA (Process FMEA), and FMEA-MSR (Monitoring and System Response). Full compliance documentation is built in to help you meet audit requirements.
